The Children’s Ministry offers opportunities for everyone. You can have a great impact on the lives of children. Sunday school teachers are some of the most influential role models to children. CFC makes our children a huge priority as they are at an impressionable age. You can make a difference! You can work with children from nursery to elementary school age. There are also opportunities to serve with CFC Kids in construction, decorating, and painting, greeting children and parents and helping with check-in.
Dear CFC Kids Applicant,
Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a part of CFC Kids Ministry! We are excited to see your gifts and talents be used for the glory of God. Your efforts are appreciated and the impact you will have on a child and their family is priceless. It is a work that lasts for all eternity!
When filling out this application, know this requires information that is vital for the safety of our children. Please read and answer questions completely.
Please be aware of the following requirements when applying:
Six Month Rule – Applicants must have been a member or regular attendee of CFC for at least 6 months to lead a CFC Kids room. This time of interaction between ministry leaders and the applicant allows leaders to better evaluate the suitability of an applicant to work with children. Training – Applicants will be trained and will be contacted by the CFC Kids staff to make arrangements.
Applicants must complete and sign an application giving permission to check references and background information. Upon submission of application, a digital picture will be taken.
Background Information – For the safety of our children, we require everyone to complete a background check. In the event something shows up on the report that would preclude you from working with children, I will contact you personally.
Signature on Commitment and Covenant – Applicants must agree by signature that they understand and will abide by the CFC Kids Volunteer Covenant and agree with CFC Doctrine.
