COVID-19 Update and More

We continue to work hard to provide a safe environment for all of our services and ministry activities. The health and safety of everyone CFC is of utmost importance to us. Rooms are sanitized and disinfected between use, and hard surfaces are wiped down. All activities are socially distancing, and our services require masks for the duration of the service. We reached out last week to the mayor’s office about his announcement, and we were informed that churches were exempt from his recommendations. Even so, we continue to work to implement best practices to stay safe. All 4 of our services are live in person and streamed.

This Sunday evening from 6 to 7:30PM we will gather together in the CFC Worship Center to pray. We hope you will join us!

We are moving forward with plans for this year’s 5K. The COVID-19 pandemic has been extremely difficult in many parts of the world. That is true for Rakai Uganda and they need our support now more than ever. You can sign up HERE and support the event. 100% of all money goes to the Hope for Uganda School. This year our 5K includes biking and can be done in a number of ways. You can join us at CFC on Saturday October 31st any time between 8 and 11 AM. Or you can do your walk, run, or bike at any location at any time. Sign up by midnight this Sunday and you are guaranteed an awesome shirt! Even if you don’t participate in the walk, you support is greatly appreciated.

A Night of Remembrance will be held on Thursday October 22nd at 6 PM for those who have lost a loved one. You can sign up HERE.

Soon we will be celebrating baptisms in our weekend services. Baptism is an important and commanded step in our spiritual journey. There’s a short online class for adults and an in-person class for children. You can go HERE to sign up or get more information.
