Middle School Holiday World Trip
Join MSM students and leaders for a day at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari!
WHEN: Thursday, June 8, 2023 (Sign up by May 31)
Drop Off at CFC by 8:45 AM
Pick-Up at CFC: 6:00 PM
WHO: Any INCOMING 6th-8th Graders for the 2023-2024 School Year (Current 5th-7th graders '22-'23 school year)
TRANSPORTATION: Church Vans/ Leader Vans
COST: $50(includes transportation & park ticket) *Season Pass Holders- $10
*Students will pay at drop off by check or cash on June 8 (checks made payable to CFC)
*Students will need to bring $$ for food (and any games they want to play)
FORMS: Each student will need to complete the registration on the link below, and each student must have the Notarized 2023 Medical Form if they've not yet turned one in.
Please note that any incoming 6th-7th grade students will be required to stay in a group with a leader for the duration of the day. Other students will have a midday check-point but will NOT be required to stay with an adult leader.
