Acts

We are in a season of transition. Leaves begin to fall, crops are harvested, and daylight begins to dwindle.

Most transitions are rarely this predictable, but they are inevitable. In Acts 1:8, Luke records for us the plan of Jesus given to His followers to reach the world with the message of His death and resurrection.

For our October series, we explore the sovereign plan of God even in the midst of transition by examining the growth of the church in the book of Acts. This plan provided for a transition from the Old Testament to the New Testament, from Jew to Gentile, from Law to Grace, from Israel to the Church, and from Jerusalem-Judea-Samaria to people everywhere.
