High School Holiday World Trip
Join HSM students and leaders for a day at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari!
WHEN: Monday, June 5, 2023 (Sign up by May 31)
Drop Off @ CFC by 8:45 AM
Pick Up @ CFC: 6:00 PM
WHO: Any INCOMING 9th Graders through 2023 graduates for the 2023-2024 School Year (Current 8th-12th graders '22-'23 school year)
TRANSPORTATION: Church Vans/ Leader Vans (students will be required to ride in provided transportation if purchasing a ticket with us)
COST: $50 (includes transportation & park ticket) *Season Pass Holders- $10
*Students will pay at drop off by check or cash on June 5 (checks made payable to CFC)
*Students will need to bring $$ for food (and any games they want to play)
FORMS: Each student will need to complete the registration below, and must have the Notarized 2023 Medical Form if they haven't already turned one in.
