·      T. Tyler Fruit

·      Seven grandchildren-Dalton, Savannah, Breanna, Sawyer, Brielle, Jazlyn and Evelyn

Other than Jesus, what character of the Bible are you most looking forward to meeting?

Paul—when becoming a Christian, he was my “first Impression” and taught me strongly about FAITH—therefore that being my favorite word.

Favorite scripture passage?

Hebrews 11:1  - Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

If you’re not at church or home, where’s the next likely place to find you?  Favorite thing to do in your spare time?

My granddaughter, Savannah, would tell you – ‘Walmart’--- but probably I’d be crafting up or designing some type of project.

What consistently makes you laugh?

The contagious vibes of a child’s giggle.  Or when the whole family is together playing games.

If you weren’t in ministry (at CFC), what would you likely be doing (vocationally)?

Either still working at Castle High School or occasional event planning.

Other than the Bible, what’s the best book you’ve read recently?

Not much of a reader but probably Fractured - But not Broken.

Favorite fruit and/or vegetable?

Peaches and green beans

What is God teaching/revealing to you these days?

Be Still--- have faith and wait on His plan—(it turns out always to be better than mine!!)

Where were you born?  Where did you grow up?

Born and raised in Muncie, IN.

Favorite part about working at CFC?

It’s family to me!  What a blessing to work alongside of people you can honestly share  and pray with –

Favorite TV show from your childhood?  Favorite TV show these days?

I LOVE LUCY (that dates me!)  ---   This is Us and Nashville

Best advice you’ve ever received?

To remember that if you point your finger at someone--- there are three pointing back at YOU!!

What are most looking forward to doing again in the spring/summer?

Sitting on my swing, in early morning quiet time, watching the sunrise over the lake- (that’s my little piece of heaven!!)

Favorite candy bar/candy?

Reese cups – (especially frozen)

What is your pet peeve?

Dirty dishes left in the sink!!

What are 3 adjectives people might use to describe you?

Creative, caring and bulldog!  (ask Jim Hines on that last one!)

What music/artist/song are you listening to these days?

I listen to a lot of Christian (K-Love) but a present favorite is ‘Humble and Kind’ by Tim McGraw—so makes me think of my favorite first grandson who is in his first steps of ‘leaving the nest’!

If you knew they’d accept your invitation, who would you love to have a cup of coffee with?

Biblically—it would be Paul  --- Today’s world—think I have to say with just my three kids—having some good belly laughs - - it’s hard to pull them together anymore and I am quickly realizing---Life here on earth is SHORT!

Name two things on your bucket list

·      To take time traveling the shoreline from the northern tip of Maine to the southern tip of Florida!

·       Hopefully to leave a good ‘life’ impression on at least one person!
