Is What We Have Now What They Wrote Then?

It was October 31, 1517, 500 years ago, that Martin Luther approached the door of the Wittenburg Church and nailed his invitation to debate the issues critical to the integrity of the church. Obviously, and Luther saw this as well, the integrity of the Bible and our submission to it determines the integrity of the church of Jesus, the bride of  Christ. In fact, as praise was heaped upon Luther as the great reformer he dodged it by saying: “The Word did everything. I did nothing.”

It is exciting to study the history of how we received our Bible. I invite you to place the modern criticisms and doubts cast on the integrity of our Bible in the form of a rebuttal given by Dr. Dan Wallace, one of the top New Testament scholars in the world today, and delivered here at CFC a while back.
