Espresso:

A beverage created by using freshly roasted beans that are finely ground to a consistency somewhere between extremely fine and powder, firmly packed and then extracted under pressure with very hot
(but not boiling) water.

Americano:

A gourmet cup of coffee made by adding one or two shots of espresso to hot water, giving it a similar strength but different flavor than regular coffee.

Cappuccino:

A shot of espresso topped with equal parts of steamed and foamed milk.

Latte:

A beverage containing one or two shots of espresso and steamed milk with a thin layer of foam on top.
The mixture is a ratio of 1/3 espresso and 2/3 steamed milk, giving it a milder, milkier taste than a cappuccino.

Macchiato:

An espresso topped with a dollop of milk foam and marked with an espresso design.

Mocha:

A beverage containing espresso and chocolate, also available with white chocolate.

Caramelado:

A beverage containing espresso and carmel sauce.

Breve:

A coffee beverage made with ½ and ½ milk.

Chai:

A spiced milk tea made with rich black tea, heavy milk, a combination of various spices and a sweetner.

Steamers:

Steamed milk with flavor added.
